Ideally located on the south side of Edinburgh, we are just 10 minutes walk from Edinburgh University, and 15-20 minutes walk or a short bus ride from the castle, Prince's Street, the historic old town, the Museum of Scotland, the Scottish Parliament Buildings, numerous galleries and much more. During the world famous Edinburgh International Festival, many of the venues are just steps away.
