The Feathers Inn was built in the 16th Century as a coaching inn for travelling stagecoaches.

It still retains its origional charm and many of its origional features such as oak beams and open fireplaces.

However, if you are of a nervous disposition beware, there are rumours that a ghost of a young child killed by a stagecoach lives within the walls!!!
