Walkers and Cyclist are always welcome as we are close to the Camel Trail and a sustrans cycle route to Lanhydrock house and Gardens.

We are surrounded by coastal walks and The Copper trail circles Bodmin Moor and the All Saints Way from Padstow to Fowey.

In easy walking distance to the Dragon Leisure Centre facilities include :- swimming pool, tennis, squash and bar.

There are 2 small shops close by and the town centre only 1.5 miles.

There are a Number of fine dinning establishments within Bodmin and the surrounding area.We do advise, to avoid disappointment in peak holiday times, to book well in advance.

To add to your holiday break enjoyment we offer and advise you to book a meal at one of our local eateries, as they do get fully booked.

Exit A30 Signed Bodmin to the left onto Slip Road join onto A38 Launceston Road for 0.3 miles Turn left onto A38 Cooksland Road for 1.2 miles turn left at junction for 0.5 miles At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Respryn Road for 0.3 miles you go over a small railway bridge and the road bends to the right Turn left onto B3268 Lostwithiel Road for 0.4 miles straight on at roundabout passing the Dragon Leisure Centre on the right Arrive at your destination Meadow Oak which is on the left going down the hill. If traveling from Plymouth A38 to Bodmin you pass Bodmin Parkway at roundabout take second turn off keep to the right avoiding the A30 Bypass the next roundabout take the first turn off onto Respryn Road for 0.3 miles you go over a small railway bridge and the road bends to the right Turn left onto B3268 Lostwithiel Road for 0.4 miles straight on at roundabout passing the Dragon Leisure Centre on the right Arrive at your destination Meadow Oak which is on the left going down the hill. Cancellation Deadline
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT EXCEPT CREDIT CARD payment at this time. Your card details are for securing your booking on Late Rooms only and will not be debited. We will confirm your booking by e-mail and request 50% deposit by cheque, or cash on arrival if booked less than 7 days before arrival date. Please read the booking conditions. Please note check in times are between 3:00pm - 7:00pm unless by prior arrangement. Please notify us if you expect to arrive later. BOOKING CONDITIONS We do restrict bookings to a minimum of 2 nights stay in season, unless booking within the same week of your nights stay where we may except a 1 night booking. To hold your booking we require a 50% deposit by personal cheque. Cheques should be written out to Meadow Oak B & B. We will give you conformation of your booking on receipt of your deposit. The balance will be payable on arrival. Your deposit will be fully refunded if your booking is cancelled before 14 days of your arrival. If the reservation is not cancelled outside of the 14 day cancellation notice period, you will be charged in part or in full for the amount of the stay. unless we are able to relet any of those dates you will still liable in full. We will do all we can to relet the rooms if you do notify us of your cancelation. If you fail to cancel before 14 days and fail to arrive for your booking you will be charged in full.We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with these conditions.
