The stone clad detached bungalow is set in an extensive enclosed garden with great views of the bay from the top. The promenade, sea front and a selection of public houses, restaurants and cafes serving good food are less than 10 minutes walk. Grange-over-sands 8 minutes by train over viaduct. Excellent walks from the door. Leighton moss RSPB national cycle route and Arnside knott all minutes away, Kendal is 11 miles and Windermere is 15 miles away. Fully refurbished throughout, large garage, off road parking and enclosed patio area. Inspected and approved annually by South Lakeland District Council. A perfect location for touring the Lake District Arnside is a fifteen minute drive from J35 off M6
