Accommodation Details:
The property has an interconnecting lockable door to Brook House 2 if booked together the accommodation will sleep 11 people the prices on the calendar are for the Studio sleeping 3 people.

The Studio has it's own separate entrance and is an open plan spacious apartment by the farmyard and comprises of a double and single bed, lounge area and small kitchen area, step through to separate walk in shower room and toilet.

4 Cottages - Along a country lane into delightful Bassenthwaite Village nestling at the foot of Skiddaw and a pleasant 2 mile walk from the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake.

Our 17th century cottages and apartments lie in an unrivalled location on a working duck/cattle farm, by a stream with ducks. The perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. A gentle stroll beside the river takes you to the village inn where good food is served everyday.

This is the ideal base to explore the Lake District with the three hightest mountain peaks in England, Scafell, Skiddaw and Helvellyn, within easy reach. The area boasts many activities available throughout the year including walking, climbing, mountain biking, golf, sailing or fishing. Why not take a trip on the Keswick Launch or stroll around the many parks and gardens.

Children can enjoy catching minnows in the stream or playing on the swings in the wood and feeding the ducks. Alternatively a game of football or cricket can be enjoyed on the village green.
