Local country pubs. Ideally situated for both the Cotswolds (Burford 12 miles) and Oxford (8 miles). Two spacious living rooms, both with exposed beams, Inglenook fireplaces (one with woodburner).
Four large bedrooms with ancient beams. Three doubles (one en-suite), one twin, two further bath/shower rooms, extensive private gardens to relax in and enjoy the views. Red kites, buzzards, woodpeckers, owls and bats can often be seen and heard.
